Adequate experience

free water bottles dining options moldy towels leaking shower

The hotel is close to major tourist destinations. I especially appreciated the ample supply of free water bottles. The Metro Center train stop nearby simplifies transportation around the area. The hotel offers many great dining options both within and nearby.

I requested towels . They never arrived. A day later, I asked again, and the towels brought to my room had mold. The shower leaked water from two sides. I found this disappointing.

mixed feelings about this stay.

long elevator wait noisy room

The elevator situation was a mess. It took forever to get to my room. then, my key didn't work, and the second person at the front desk seemed bothered to help. the room itself was noisy. I think it was near a service elevator, so i heard constant noise all night, which wasn't ideal.

Amazing location and fine views!

efficient valet helpful information great views salmon appetizer

The valet service was very efficient and helpful upon arrival. Check-in was smooth, and the staff provided useful information about the hotel amenities. The room had great views of the monument just outside the window. The rooftop restaurant served a delicious salmon appetizer and an excellent hamburger.

Parking cost seventy dollars per night. There is also no swimming pool at the hotel.

Rooms

The room felt very cozy, similar to an apartment, and not like a typical hotel room. It included amenities for a relaxed stay, like a dedicated vanity area, and the bed was super comfortable. I felt charmed by the thoughtful design.

Facilities

10/10

The hotel is right next to the White House. I could easily walk to all the monuments and main attractions. I also noticed the fitness area had modern equipment for a good workout session. It had everything I needed!

Dining
